Welcome to Mirensity. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mirensity website, membership platform, assessments, containers, meditations, materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing a membership, accessing the platform, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access Mirensity.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• All information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Description of Service

Mirensity is an educational and personal development platform offering:

• Guided meditations
• Self-paced containers
• Assessments
• Reflection exercises
• Educational content

Mirensity is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, or healthcare of any kind.

3. Membership & Billing

Monthly Membership

• Billed monthly.
• Automatically renews each month unless canceled prior to renewal.
• You may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Annual Membership

• Billed upfront annually.
• Considered final sale.
• Automatically renews annually unless canceled prior to renewal.
• No refunds for unused time, partial use, or failure to log in.

Failure to access or use the Services does not qualify for a refund.

Mirensity reserves the right to change pricing with advance notice.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Access to digital content constitutes fulfillment of service.

Mirensity does not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of use
• Scheduling conflicts
• Perceived lack of results

5. Account Access & Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

Membership access is for individual use only.

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials
• Distribute content
• Provide access to non-paying users

Mirensity reserves the right to monitor usage patterns, including IP address activity, to prevent unauthorized access.

Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Mirensity, including but not limited to:

• Videos
• Meditations
• Audio recordings
• Text
• Assessments
• Branding
• Frameworks
• The Mirensity Code

is the intellectual property of Mirensity and protected by copyright and applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Educational & Mental Health Disclaimer

Mirensity is for educational and personal development purposes only.

Mirensity does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Psychological treatment
• Mental health therapy
• Diagnosis
• Clinical services

Participation does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or clinical relationship.

If you:

• Have a diagnosed mental health condition
• Are under psychiatric care
• Are experiencing severe emotional distress
• Are in crisis

You agree to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before engaging with Mirensity practices.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

8. Assumption of Risk

By participating in Mirensity, you acknowledge that:

• Personal development practices may evoke emotional responses.
• You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation.
• You may pause or discontinue participation at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirensity and its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Emotional distress
• Loss of business
• Loss of data
• Personal decisions made as a result of using the Services

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mirensity from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Unauthorized sharing of content

11. Modifications to Services

Mirensity reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts unless otherwise required by law.
